Alan Macdonald - Try to play the skirmish as often as possible. All throughout the year the terrain changes due to the foliage. During summer quite a lot of the map feels like a large CQB environment due to the ferns and brush, which is awesome. The site is massive with lots of diverse scenery including tanks, rockets, buildings even the landscape from open woodland to dense shrubbery making CQB very tense. Joshua Mccart - NPF Bassetts pole is my favourite airsoft field, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the field itself is wide and diverse and an absolute blast to play on. I come here every time I can with my mates and we always can’t wait for the next one.I personally use my own gear but having a few friends who have to play with rental gear I can say that they’re not half bad. Vicki Baylie - My 14 year old regularly attends the Airsoft Walk on Skirmish days and absolutely loves it, the Marshalls and staff (especially Kerry) are so friendly and helpful and always go out of their way to make it an action packed fun day. The Peaky Blinders pistol shooting is also a good one to try, set in a peaky blinder themed area with plenty of targets to shoot, you can dress up and pretend you're on set with the real Peaky Blinders, great fun for adults or older kids. The inflatables are also super fun, we booked this a few years ago now for my sons birthday, lots of inflatable obstacles and challenges, great fun for kids and the adults, we had a fantastic day. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ciaran Grey - Amazing first time playing an Airsoft skirmish, had a great time and plenty of fun. Marshalls were amazing and explained everything well and made the day go as smooth as possible. Other new players and regulars made the day fun and enjoyable getting everyone involved. Was worried that as a rental player I would of been cast aside however an amazing group of people play here and would highly recommend it for any first timer. Really great experience however my legs ache like mad the day after. Will be going back again for sure. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staff regulate the game very well and fair although some players did bend the rules on some occasions but was dealt with promptly when informed. Michael Whitehouse - Excellent site for airsoft, marshals are really good in my first game i played one helped me set my hop mid game to help me shoot better. Kerry is incredible at her job and is extrmlemely friendly and helpful. Joel gave me tons of advice with regards to my gun and future upgrades. The field itself is excellent also and well thought out plenty of places to suit both aeg and sniper players. Me and the lads are going to make this our local field as we enjoy playing here so much. Staff were all fantastic, very good with the children, very good at explaining everything and fun had by everyone. Gary Rollins - This was my third game at the site within the last five weeks. Every time I've been, the games have got better and better now that I know my way (mostly) around the site. I like the whole setup, from the great atmosphere in the safe area, having banter with those local and regular users I've chatted to, to the free tea/coffee and toast available throughout the day. The games are a combination of serious intent and good fun by players of all ages, although I'd recommend that 'squad leaders' be sought for some of the hire group newbies, as I've seen some dispirited youngsters after taking a few hits and not being tactically aware enough to fully join in and get the best of the day.
Personally, as a 'senior player' I've been able to develop my game style because of the brilliant ground features and found it isn't too taxing for 61 yr old lungs and legs! plus, the ground is soft enough when I trip over or dive for cover.
I'm looking forward to my next game day as this Sunday past, I didn't even notice the rain, so good is the cover under the trees and in buildings. Well done to all the staff there for making it an exciting day out. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
