Test your riding skills in a fully supervised quad trek across 120 acres of themed Rhododendron jungle - ride over bridges, across the water, and wind your way between ancient stone statues and tribal artefacts!
An ideal family activity, with a minimum age of 11 years.
Your trek experience is fully supervised, and your professional instructor will demonstrate safe riding techniques and how to fully control your quad bike across varied terrain.
This is a quad trek experience, not quad bike racing.

The minimum age for quad bike trekking is 11 years. 11-15 year olds ride 90cc quad bikes, those aged 16+ ride 150cc quad bikes. Children and adults are able to go out on the same trek, making quad trekking the perfect family adventure activity.
All riders will be given a protective coverall to be worn over their own clothing. We would advise comfortable clothing that you are able to move freely in. In terms of footwear - outdoor sensible footwear is advised such as walking boots, old trainers or even wellies.
Yes - all riders MUST wear a full helmet as provided - this is for your own protection and safety. We supply hygienic liners, and helmets are sized to suit all ages from 11years upwards.
Our quad trek session lasts for one hour. This includes the safety briefing, a practice lap of our test circuit, and the quad trek itself.
Beginners are totally welcome! Our skilled instructors will provide a briefing and practice lap of our test circuit, and will be present throughout your trek to provide advice and guidance.
No driving license is required for quad treks at NPF Bassetts Pole Adventure Park!
Spectators are welcome to watch (and photograph) your practise session, but will not be able to see you on your trek.
Quad treks at NPF are managed by two instructors who will take you out through a variety of different terrains on a set route of our quad trek. Quad biking is a different activity, and is usually unmanaged.
For safety reasons, we are only able to provide treks using our own quad bikes.
Our quad bikes are suitable for one person.
Yes! If you book any 2 activities you get £5 off per person. Book any 3, get £10 off per person. Book 4, get £15 off per person, etc!

Casey - Visited NPF bassetts pole for a Stag do in August. We did paintballing, axe throwing and the quad trekking. The staff were great guys and the setup was amazing. The best venue we've visited. Claire Robbins - Cannot recommend this place more. We took my son & his friend for his 12th birthday. I had booked the quad biking & pistol shooting. Unfortunately it became quite apparent that they were not going to conquer the quads so Fraser suggested a different activity and took the boys to go archery instead. They loved it and loved the pistol shooting most impressively we were given a refund for the price difference of the quads & archery which I hadn’t anticipated but massively appreciated. Also, saying that, if you're falling behind, they keep with you. No messing about and straight to the activity after a quick safety briefing. Exactly what you want with a place like this! Rifle shooting was fantastic! Had so many pellets to shoot and also got to load the rifle alone in safe practice unlike similar places to this.
