Experience a day being mentored by an ex SAS operative, and ex military serviceman / hostile environment operative (download bios here), both with over 30 years military experience.

Your group will discover and learn the true meaning to teamwork, team bonding, and leadership via a series of testing conditions.

The NPF SF experience will challenge your team throughout the day, covering elements such as leadership skills, command and control, conflict management, communication and problem solving techniques.

The course is uniquely designed to take you out of your comfort zone, via theoretical and practical training. The ratio of theoretical to practical elements can be tailored to your required company goals.

This is a unique hands on opportunity to develop skills in a combat operative environment, which are transferrable to the work place.

• Brief and presentation: "what makes the man in the SAS?", "Ethos of the special forces", "What it means to be in a team"
• Q+A session
• Practical training - weapon handling and familiarity, skills and drills, target shooting, close quarter combat, the Red man, hostage rescue, combat medicine, looking out for your team
• Real time mission scenarios - putting your new skills into practice
• Missions: hostage rescue, downed Helo rescue mission, casualty evacuation
• Debrief / achieved learning outcomes
• Certificate, awards, and course photo
